Craving sugarStop the Feeding Frenzy and Zap Sugar Cravings.

It’s not calories, but the hormonal effect of food that’s making Americans fat. Nearly 75% of us now qualify as being either overweight or obese.

And, insulin is America’s fat promoting and storage hormone. It’s fed by high glycemic carbs—think cereal, bagels, rice cakes and sugar—which we now consume to the tune of 180 pounds per person per year.

If Americans knew the dangers of sugar and how it feeds insulin, the sweet stuff would be categorized as a drug. Sugar is not only a non-food substance that spikes hormonal imbalance but sugar is, in fact a toxin. Important nutrients such as chromium, manganese, cobalt, copper, zinc, and magnesium are stripped away in sugar refining, and our bodies actually have to use their own mineral reserves just to digest it.

With insulin rising, lots of calories but no nutrients, refined foods, sugar and its substitutes are the number one cause of Americans’ weight gain.

Constant sugar intake sets the following sequence of events in motion:

1) Insulin levels remain high.

2) Insulin struggles to convert all the glucose for storage but succeeds only partially, your body fat increases.

3) Excess body fat is an active organ, producing proteins that prompt inflammation, which further inhibit insulin and energy usage.

But more insidiously, sugar feeds yeast—like Candida alibicans—that sets cravings into a never-ending roller coaster ride.

My advice:

Forget about counting carbohydrate grams or calories even in light of upcoming fall holidays where temptations will abound at every celebration. The best recourse is to kill the feeding frenzy that sugar triggers by eliminating those cravings in the first place. That’s why I developed Y-C Cleanse—which is my personal willpower in a bottle.

You see, when yeast overcomes the body, it can change into a more aggressive form of fungus which bores its rootlike structure into the GI mucosa. This allows the fungus, its toxins, and partially digested proteins into the bloodstream, and from there, into every part of the body. Y-C Cleanse contains homeopathic ingredients that will both neutralize the yeast as well as putrefactive substances (skatolum and indolum) from the system and enhance immunity with homeopathic ingredients like echinacea.

Y-C Cleanse homeopathic formula will help you put a lid on sugar cravings by tapping into your body’s natural healing powers. Personally, instead of using the product once per day, I don’t take any chances. I use it upon arising and before bed.

I’m such a believer in this product – that I’ve secured a special opportunity for you to try it – for 24 hours only, save 20% off Y-C Cleanse at unikeyhealth.com. Offer ends Friday 9/28 at 11:59 pm EDT.

One of my moderators, Chris P., said it best: “Not only did my cravings cease but I lost 80 pounds and tons of inches in my midsection. Ridding myself of yeast rid me of my bloat. With no more cravings I have been able to keep the weight off…”

And so can you!

Is there any side effects from the yeast/fungus dying off, such as fatigue? I have ordered Y-C CLEANSE and would like to know what to expect.

    Thank you.

What if you don’t really crave sugar? Do you still recommend Y-C Cleanse?

Dena — Sometimes individuals can get die-off effects but this is mitigated if you start with 1/2 the recommended dose and work up gradually over the week. Y-C clears up sinusitis, as well.

Genny – Y-C has been helpful with other symptoms that impact the GI and urinary tracts as well. Fungus can slow the thyroid impeding weight loss and can also create itching and a myriad of skin problems. Sleeplessness, bloating, and depression have also been linked to the “fungus among us” even if there are no overt sugar or food cravings.

How long do I have to take the Y-C Cleanse? I noticed it is a 24 day supply. So do I just take it for 24 days or is this a monthly maintenance?
    Thanks!

wow! I just “plowed’ through 3 years of menopause. Horrific! But the itching, weird skin reactions to lotions, plants, foods = they have persisted. Could be fungus??? Also, just this summer I had a bronchial infection and was prescribed a PUFFER! Can you imagine? Also, Dr gave me a nose spray for stuffiness……to take for TWO months!!
What has happened to my once slim and happy body??? I am fat, big belly, and boobs! Help!!!!

Hi Deb! The Y-C Cleanse could be very helpful for you, along with the Fat Flush Plan way of eating. This dietary style has been incredibly helpful for many woman struggling through menopause, as it cleanses and detoxifies your liver (where your hormones are processed).

Can you take it while breastfeeding?

Michele, Being that the Y-C Cleanse will help you detox as you get rid of the yeast, it’s best left until after you’ve finished breast feeding. In the meantime, you could add a probiotic like Flora-Key to help displace yeast, and avoid foods like cheese, bread, mushrooms, and anything sugary. Best wishes to you!

I am addicted to ice cream. Could Y-C Cleanse help me with this addiction?

Yes Sherrie, it is likely that eating ice cream on a regular basis would cause a yeast and candida overgrowth, which in turn causes you to crave more sugar. It’s a perpetual cycle, so to stop it you would use the Y-C Cleanse, Flora-Key probiotic (which can also be used as a sweetener), and do your best to cut out and avoid sugary foods and beverages.

I am interested in taking the Y-C Cleanse, Flora-Key and the Super GI Cleanse. Is it recommended to start taking all of these at the same time? Or is there an order of taking them and then adding?
    Thanks so much 🙂

Hi Laura! You can begin them all at the same time, just follow directions on the label 🙂 If you want a detailed protocol for detoxing, you could read the Fast Track Detox Diet book by Ann Louise Gittleman.

I just purchased Y-C Cleanse and I am excited to see if this works for me. It says in the instructions to take it half an hour before breakfast. I also like to drink warm water with lemon half an hour before breakfast. Will the lemon water cancel out the effects of the Y-C Cleanse? Should I stop drinking lemon water while on the Cleanse? Thank you.

    Hi Danni
You do not need to discontinue your warm lemon water. If you can take the Y-C Cleanse immediately upon arising, then give yourself 10-15 minutes before doing the lemon water, that would be fine.

My daughter is insulin resistant which of course produces high insulin levels. We control the insulin with medication (metformin) but I wonder if taking the Y-C Cleanse would help her with her cravings? She struggles with sweets and bread cravings.

Yes, the Y-C Cleanse would be very helpful for eliminating any Candida that may be contributing to her cravings. The Dieters’ Multi may also be quite helpful as it contains chromium, which helps to stabilize blood sugar levels and thus helps reduce cravings of that manner.

Could a yeast overgrowth also be related to persistent toenail fungus. I have been getting laser treatment for this condition but it is very stubborn. I don’t want to use the prescription drug usually recommended by doctors as it is very hard on the liver. Anything you can recommend?

Yes it can. Please try the Y-C Cleanse which is a very effective homeopathic formula. Also taking the powdered probiotic Flora-Key at the same time will increase your results.

Hi Eld, Are you using a probiotic in conjunction with the Y-C Cleanse? Geotrichum is a very aggressive and stubborn form of yeast. When it gets to a problematic level, therapeutic treatment can take between 3-6 months, or more, depending on other individual health factors. The Y-C Cleanse stimulates your body’s own natural immune response. Often times, the process of detoxing and eliminating yeast can at first exacerbate symptoms. Likely that is the reason you are experiencing more bloating around 2 weeks of use. Other common symptoms of detox are headache, achy joints, skin irritation, mental fog, and irritability. It is normal to experience these anywhere from day 1 to week 3 of yeast cleansing. Using a probiotic like FloraKey is highly recommended and may speed along your progress. Many blessings to you for health. Thank you for your question.

I hope this is still a viable commenting place (last date 12/2014?)because my husband has started taking the Y-C cleanse two times now and each time within a couple days he experiences extreme urinary pain as if he has a very bad urinary infection. It’s so painful that he had to stop. He started the Y-C cleanse because his doctor thought some of his symptoms (mainly diarrhea) might be from a yeast overgrowth. He has been struggling with diarrhea for over a year, has not been on any antibiotics and takes your probiotic products, so we don’t know what is going on. Please help
