Being an avid Fat Flusher I have made this amazing dessert! As a chocolate lover, I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. It’s so easy my 5 year old granddaughter can make it! She loves chocolate too.

Hello, Annn Louise. I’ve been unable to watch knowthecause.com for some time, but was led to look up Doug online, so i did. Hallelujah! there you were and i remembered many times how you were a guest on doug’s tv 1/2 hr program. doug’s the first person whoever communicated to me that all the fungi was not in africa. my first response to this incredible info was, “Yuck”…doncha know.

well, i watched you, dear lady, and i could tell you knew what you were talking about, and that you cared for folks, for real. so, before i ask a question, i want to thank you for your dedication to the truth about health issues for which you have practical knowledge and application.

so, lo and behold, (and thank God for his Grace to lead me to you 2 days ago), there you are, Ms. Ann Louise, talking about CLA and i’m sitting here at my computer desk, with an empty container of Trader Joe’s CLA in my hand, moments earlier attempting to decide if i should get a new bottle of this stuff.

i listened to your story about a tv interview and how the pants you took to wear for the occasion were too loose, too big, and you hadn’t realized your weight loss til that moment.
then you started talking about how you were taking 2 CLA tabs (gels?), 3X daily.

it hit me hard. i’m sitting here, wishing i knew what to do about my belly fat and then realizing if what Dr. Gittleman is saying is true, well, then, have i missed all these many years. i will celebrate my 77th birthday in sept. i am healthy. i weigh 128 lbs and i have been losing and gaining the same 8 lbs for ions, it seems. without going into detail i can just say i eat good food most of the time, exercise every day, and with your help to rid my middle of an extra tire, well then i’ve hit the jackpot.

if you can advise me any further…great! if not, thank you for your work and teaching.

i’ve just discovered your website today, so i will be looking at more of it now. Super!

    best regards,

    joann
