    I am so glad you are doing this again!! I unfortunately missed it back in January…(dealing with the fires and mudslides in Santa Barbara)..all though I did purchase the supplements and everything needed. Cannot wait to start!!!!

    I heard you should not loose weight too fast if you have a fatty liver. Same as if you gain too fast. Is it true to is bad for the liver.

    Is 15-20 Pds in 2 weeks too much? I need to loose 110 Pds and would like to try this or. should I go slower and start with th fat flush plan. ??

      Team ALG here: Sally, there is some evidence that this is true. Yes you could start with the Fat Flush Plan phase 3 and you will still lose weight. A healthy rate is about 5 lbs per week. You could also move to phase 2 if your weight loss slows down below that point.
