    Since I have been Fat Flushing, I have started to incorporate the added wellness

    That’s good news that you have a “cheat proof” fall back on this plan. I’ve tried so many other plans and I try my best to follow them completely but eventually I do mess up. When that happens I get discouraged and it’s hard for me to keep going on the diet. It sounds like you have made this plan with people like me in mind.

    I’ve never tried a diet according to the seasons but the concept looks interesting. I do shop at the farmer’s market in the summer. With produce being shipped from all over the world it is hard to know what is in season any more, the rest of the year.

      I’m reading the currant ffbook on my kindle, having trouble flipping back n forth. Can you suggest the type of matcha and can I drink it more than 1x a day? Thanks.

        Donna, matcha is not part of the Fat Flush Plan. Tea can be very high in fluoride which can slow your thyroid and make it harder to lose weight.

Michael Galitzer is the author, he is big on energy and how it helps us stay healthy, the more energy one has is extremely beneficial. It’s a good read!

    I started the 3 day plan and I can’t drink 6 drinks a day. I’m full and the cocktail makes me nauseous. Can I drink 3 or 4 instead?

      Donna, you can drink less if you need to. You want to make sure you are doing the smoothies to get enough protein. Drink less of the cocktail or modify it for your needs. You can make it with broth instead of tomato and you can adjust the spices if that is an issue for you.
