Won’t you join me for a lean and serene 2017?

It’s THAT time of year… Time to reflect on the year gone by and to think about all those who make life so much brighter and warmer—wonderful people like you. So, I couldn’t let 2016 pass without expressing my profound thanks and gratitude for all the faith and confidence you put in me. Whether it’s a comment on my blog or a post on Facebook, you are constantly empowering me to stay abreast of the latest research on anti-aging, underground health cures, and cutting edge weight loss strategies.

This year your support and continuing interest have motivated me to reboot my Fat Flush Plan. We are kicking off the official launch of the book January 9th with our 14 Day Fat Flush Challenge.

The NEW Fat Flush Plan is really gaining momentum and has been attracting major media coverage. For January, you will see it featured in a cover story for Woman’s World magazine, talked about in Parade, quoted in the New York Post, and focused upon in MindBodyGreen. We also have some keen interest with the daytime talk shows (keep watching Dr. Oz for daily listings). We will post links when we get them so you can all share in the excitement with my team and me.

In May, the refreshed Fat Flush companion books will be released. The long awaited New Fat Flush Cookbook with over 175 mouthwatering and easy, family-friendly recipes is coming. Alongside of this crucial guide, is the New Fat Flush Journal and Shopping Guide, as well as the New Fat Flush Foods that have been updated with over 70 of the world’s best fat blasting foods, seasonings, and supplements.

Then, in September, Before the Change will return with a fresh new look and lots of perimenopause-related “new” updates. Throughout the year, we will be posting new videos to spread our health and healing message which you can access right here on annlouise.com. I will be appearing once again in a number of summits so mark your calendars for the next one—The AutoImmune Revolution—beginning on January 30th, 2017.

As for me on a personal level, 2017 promises to be a healing adventure into unchartered territory. In February, I am continuing my work with Dr. Lee Cowden, chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board and Academy Professor for the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine, where I am learning more about the power of Bioenergetic medicine and how to use lasers and pulse electromagnetic frequencies for greater healing and restoration. I will have some updates for you soon about the do-it-yourself hands-on manual therapies you can learn for greater wellness.

In February I will also be visiting the IMAC Regeneration Center for stem cell and PRP treatment for my scoliosis (especially lower back region), knees, and TMJ which were all injured several years ago when I suffered a concussion. Someday I just may write about that “adventure,” which took me out of the public eye for over three years… but for now, healing worn out tendons and cartilage and stabilizing hypermobile ligaments are my most immediate priorities. One of the treatments I will be undergoing is platelet-rich plasma therapy in which platelets are injected into damaged portions of tissues to help them regenerate.

Sometime, perhaps in the late spring and/or summer, I will be organizing and possibly releasing Dr. Hazel Parcells’ healing tapes on environmental health. I purchased over 70 of them from her estate this past spring as well as her “healing bed” which she attributed to her longevity and mental acumen. (She lived till 106 with all her senses fully intact.)

In closing, I want you to know that every year I think of a keynote for the coming year and for me, next year is all about “bouncing back” and the value of resilience. As I get older (and hopefully wiser in the process), more than ever I learn the value of adapting to life’s ups and downs, triumphs and tragedies. I think that if you can look forward to freedom from painful conditions or how to stay young and healthy in a toxic world—when everyone else seems to be falling apart—you are a couple of steps ahead of the game.

NO matter what is in store for us this coming year, I wish you and yours a Happy New Year filled with glorious possibilities and lots of resilience.

What a great message. I look forward to learning much from you this year. I just turned 61 and I use the Fat Flush Plan as the foundation of my health and wellness. This past year I had a bad fall but recovered quickly with chiropractic and the fact that I was in excellent shape. On Christmas Eve while I was chopping vegetables I took a good slice out of my thumb that required 7 stitches in the ER. I have learned the importance of self care and safety as we age. I like your theme of “bouncing back” because we all need to adapt and change to our needs as we age and learn to overcome health obstacles so they don’t get out of hand. Keep going strong Anne Louise. I will be cheering you on!!!! Happy New Year! Thank you for helping me stay in good health!

Ann Louise, You are always giving us such great advice. I just saw dramatic changes in a scoliosis patient on the Fasciablaster facebook private page.It was unbelievable the change in this person back in only a few short weeks of regularly using the fasciablaster. It is huge for breaking up bound fascia. Much better than years of massage and other things. You can find tons of youtubes on the FB. Ashley Black is the person who invented it and people are seeing amazing results of repair for scar tissue, cellulite, hernias, Fibromyalgia, joint pain, and it also can be used to body sculpt. Ashley’s personal story like yours brought her to search for help and her long journey lead her to her carrier and eventually this wonderful implement. I personally think the mini is more useful for selfcare and the original size is good for some areas but better if you have a buddy who can work on you.

I’m having a terrible problem with colitis & can’t seem to get straightened out. I’m taking
cholestryamine which helps my sister but haven’t had any luck with it. Taking 2 x a day since 12/22/16 & maybe that isn’t long enough. I took once a day from 10th of Dec. Haven’t had any luck getting ahold of my Dr.during the holidays. Any suggestions?

I was going to share the same thing that Barb Rowe shared. Mine should be arriving any time and I plan to use it on my son’s scoliosis. Best of health to everyone.
