My best advice to combat cravings, bloating and brain fog!

If you’ve overindulged, Candida albicans is a yeast organism always present in your GI tract, and when it’s in check, it’s a normal part of a balanced microbiome. When your gut is also full of natural, beneficial bacteria, these organisms feed on the yeast, keeping levels low.

However, when the inner ecology of your GI tract gets out of balance, this normally non-invasive yeast can quickly become a highly aggressive fungus and bore into the gastrointestinal lining.

A few of the most common yeast overgrowth triggers include overconsumption of sugar, alcohol (especially beer and wine), refined carbohydrates, fermented or aged foods like cheese and vinegar, and use of antibiotics. Once Candida takes over in your gut, you’ll only crave more of these “trigger” foods and thus begins a vicious cycle.

Here are a few telltale signs that Candida may be running rampant:

  • Constant cravings for sweets and carb-rich foods
  • Bloating and gas
  • Frequent yeast infections and/or UTIs
  • Loss of energy, extreme fatigue
  • Acne or breakouts
  • Dry, itchy skin
  • Headaches
  • Nasal congestion and sinus pain
  • Moodiness
  • Brain fog

To help you find relief from these concerns and many others related to Candida overgrowth, I’ve compiled all of the best info here in this blog. Based on over 35 years of research. I’ll share how to easily get rid of excess yeast and fortify your system so you find relief from cravings, bloating and brain fog. Here’s to living your best life with a healthy, balanced gut!

Radical Health Tip

A simple way to end brain fog and fatigue

If you’re feeling tired and scattered, here’s something to consider: Seven in 10 women have an overgrowth of candida, a type of yeast that lives in our body and feeds on sugar in our diet. And high candida levels trigger a sensitivity to mold, which thrives in warm weather. This triggers tiredness, forgetfulness, and achy joints. An easy fix? Add a spoonful of coconut oil to your daily diet. Investigators at the University of Southern California found that the oil’s monolaurin cuts candida growth in half!

Y-C Cleanse

My go-to solution

Y-C Cleanse is a homeopathic remedy specifically for yeast and Candida overgrowth. I’ve used it successfully for over 20 years with thousands of clients, but don’t just take my word for it:

Laura Lee suffered with Candida for years and says, “Six weeks ago I tried Y-C Cleanse and within 3 days I felt the veil of Candida lifting from my body. I have never felt such amazing results with anything else that I’ve tried. Each day I feel better. The foggy thinking is gone, my muscle fatigue has improved by 60%, I no longer have headaches or irritability, and my energy level is improving! Life is more joyous again and I have even returned to my ballet classes 3 days a week. I am amazed by the immediate progress that I’ve made. I feel like a new woman!”

Jana reports that she tried two other products and says, “Y-C Cleanse is the only one that works. I noticed a change the first day I used it!”
