    I really can’t stand the taste of the fat flush metabolized. I just started the three day flush and couldn’t get through the second metabolizer without throwing up. I love the smoothies. Any suggestions

      Colleen, you could try making it with bone broth instead of tomato. If this doesn’t work then perhaps the Smoothie Shakedown would be a better plan for you!
