Spring ahead with the Three-Day Tune-UP.
We’re a week and a half away from spring—can you believe it? I love this time of year because it’s such a great opportunity to make positive changes in our lives. Making changes—even ones that benefit us—can be tough, and for some making changes during “transition times” feels more natural. Our last transition time was the beginning of the new year. If since then you’ve gotten off track, now is a wonderful time to “spring” back and adjust what you want to accomplish.
My biggest piece of advice for those setting new goals and getting back on track with goals they’ve lost sight of is to only look forward. Do not beat yourself up if you’ve veered off track. Don’t feel frustrated if progress and change didn’t happen as quickly or as seamlessly as you’d hoped. That’s okay! Now is a new chance—and I’d like to be there with you along the way.

“So, tomorrow I start again. I’ve had a lot of stressors that have thrown me off course, but I’m back in it for real. My lunch is already made for tomorrow, so no excuses. I want new clothes for spring!!” —Lori
“Down 40kg in 3 months!” —Jack
“I started the Fat Flush Plan on January 3rd with the intention of losing 30 pounds and fitting into an economy airplane seat more comfortably for two 15-hour international flights. I’d like to celebrate with you that I have lost 25 pounds and am a couple of days away from the ‘tiny’ seats. It has been quite a journey—especially the last five weeks when I have had a lot of intense detoxification. I believe I am over the worst of that and have been cleared by doctors for departure. I’m still a bit weak from the process, but should regain strength steadily. I’m taking 80% of Fat Flush-friendly food with me. When I return, I will start the Colon Cleanse. The program has had unexpected twists and turns, but I’m getting through the rough spots. My message to all is to ‘Hang in there and not give up.’” —Sheela
“Well, I haven’t checked the scale in probably 3 weeks, but I’m pretty excited. I got up this morning and my pants were really loose so I pulled out an older pair of jeans and they fit! I think I started around January 18th with the 3-day tune-up and then went to phase one for two weeks, did another two and a half day tune up, and now I’ve been P1 / P2 since then then. Except for the last two or three days I’ve been completely off plan. And I have gone from a size 18 very snug, to a size 14 just a little snug. So, two sizes in about seven weeks (not following the plan perfectly), but it still works! I’m happy.” —Deb
To get started with a supercharged boost, I suggest beginning with the Three-Day Ultra Fat Flush Tune-Up, detailed in The New Fat Flush Plan. We’ve received numerous amazing reports—including dropping 10 pounds during the three days!
Will you be our next testimonial?
I really can’t stand the taste of the fat flush metabolized. I just started the three day flush and couldn’t get through the second metabolizer without throwing up. I love the smoothies. Any suggestions
Colleen, you could try making it with bone broth instead of tomato. If this doesn’t work then perhaps the Smoothie Shakedown would be a better plan for you!
