Who doesn’t want to recapture the dewy glow of healthy, resilient, youthful, sexy skin?

In my new book, Radical Longevity, I talk about why your skin is a visible barometer of the condition of your health, and why wrinkles, sagging skin, hyperpigmentation and other skin issues are not just normal signs of aging. I give you targeted strategies to help you heal from the inside out so that your skin will reflect ageless beauty and radical radiance.

As a sneak peak, let me introduce you to one of the hottest new oils out there for skin health and beauty – broccoli seed oil – or BSO, as it is known. And I want to send you a free bottle today.

Made from a highly refined supercritical extraction process of broccoli sprout seeds, which is far superior to cold-pressed oils, and it contains 80 to 100 times more sulforaphane than broccoli. This potent antioxidant helps prevent damage to the skin as it neutralizes toxins, calms inflammation and even helps to prevent UV damage from the sun. According to the Journal of Medicinal Food, an article published in 2019 states that sulforaphane may also decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease, protect against certain types of cancer and help with osteoporosis.

BSO is also rich in the good omega 6s that help tone down inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea, and dermatitis. And if you need even more reasons to put it all over your face, BSO’s linoleic acid forms a protective layer on the skin and helps to retain moisture. It’s high in vitamin A which serves as a natural, no-side-effects alternative to retinol, aiding in cellular regeneration for a smooth, clear complexion. And don’t just put it on your face and neck! It’s also terrific to strengthen and nourish your hair, leaving a soft, natural shine. It can help tame the frizzies, too. This is all thanks to its high vitamin B6 and omega-9 fatty acid content.

To make broccoli seed oil a part of your daily skin care routine, I recommend using it with Uni Key Health’s BeauCle Ultra Hydrating Moisture. This will give you a double whammy because this particular moisturizer is very high in sea buckthorn with over 60 antioxidants, and a rare omega-7 known for its collagen support. After cleansing your skin, simply apply a light layer of the broccoli seed oil beneath the moisturizer on your face and neck. As with all other oils, you’ll want to store it in a cool place, out of sunlight. It has a shelf life of about two years.

I do have brown spots on my hands and arms, even though I use sun screen. I didn’t think there was anything that could help except bleaching creme which I don’t want to use. I will get some of this.

I can’t wait to try the Broccoli Seed Oil. I do love the BeauCle moisturizer but I will put this oil under it, as you suggest. Thanks for the free bottle!

I read in your book to use black seed oil on face under cream. Isn’t that true?
