My Best Biohacks For Your Radical Longevity

As I celebrate my birthday this year, one of my great joys is sharing the wisdom I’ve accrued throughout all the rest of my birthdays about health and wellness with you for over four decades. I don’t believe that your innate biology always determines your biography. So here are three essential biohacks I use to boost longevity:
