Keto-Friendly, Immunity-Boosting Fat Flush Soup
This brand-new version of our famous Fat Flush Soup balances immune support with keto-friendly ingredients!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil
1 pound chopped chicken breast, lean ground turkey or grass-fed ground beef*
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups fresh or frozen mixed mushrooms (containing shiitake)
2 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
2 tablespoons curry powder
4 cups chicken, turkey or beef bone broth (preferably homemade for added nutrients)
1 medium zucchini, cut to your preference
1 medium yellow squash, cut to your preference
1 can (14 oz) full fat coconut cream
1/3 cup parsley, chopped (save a few pinches for garnish)
1 teaspoon sea salt, or to your taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add preferred protein, cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). *If you chose ground beef as your protein, drain off all drippings, and return to pot. If you find there is not enough oil left in pot after draining off drippings, add 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil and continue with instructions.
- Add to pot diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened, transparent, and fragrant.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms, thyme, and curry, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Pour in bone broth and bring the soup to a boil.
- Add diced zucchini, yellow squash, and coconut cream.
- Lower the heat and let soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Add chopped parsley to soup in the last 5 minutes, save some to garnish with as well.
- Season with salt, to taste. Adjust seasonings as preferred.

- Breakfast: Start your day with a protein-packed breakfast to get glucagon production ramped up, the hormone that mobilizes fat from storage. Smoothies are a great, quick and easy, on-the-go choice. Blend 8 ounces of water with 1 scoop of my Fat Flush Body Protein Powder, 1 cup of organic frozen berries, 1 tablespoon of flax or hempseed oil, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Lunch and Dinner: Enjoy up to 3 cups (24 ounces) of Fat Flush Soup with an optional side salad. Alternatively, for one meal daily, you can substitute 5 ounces of lean protein and 2 cups non-starchy steamed vegetables for one soup meal.
- Drinks: Throughout the day, enjoy detoxifying dandelion root or mint tea, hot water and lemon, plain water, or cran-water (100% unsweetened cranberry juice with water – 1 ounce of juice to 7 ounces water), with a goal of consuming at least 64 ounces of liquids each day.
