I know green veggies are good for me, but it’s hard to work them into my diet when I’m always on the go. A friend said that after supplementing with a green powder she felt much more energized, plus lost a few pounds. That’s exactly what I need this month! Should I try it?
Absolutely! Of course, I’d prefer you eat whole vegetables, but when you don’t have time for food prep, wheat-grass powders are a great way to get most of the nutrients from greens (including detoxifying chlorophyll, stress-buffering magnesium and metabolism-revving phytonutrients). Just be sure to choose a powder that doesn’t contain added sugar or fillers, which can lead to energy-sapping blood-sugar spikes.
To get the perks, start your day with my green life cocktail. Simply mix 1 tsp. of green powder, 1 oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice, 7 oz. of water and Stevia to taste. Many of my followers who sip this mix daily and maintain a healthy diet have reported losing 3 to 5 pounds a week.

I have followed Fat Flush for Life on and off for years and it did get rid of sinusitis and flatulence. I’ve been using Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass, but I wonder about something. I once tested allergic to ordinary grass. Might I be allergic to all grasses or is this something different? And I thought wheat was a food allergen for some, or is that just the gluten in bread? I have also used your Liver Lovin’ Formula. Anyway, I wonder if I should be using wheat grass.
