Back by popular demand, Dr. Cass Ingram joins the First Lady of Nutrition Podcast once again! Considered as one of the most respected physicians in the field of natural medicine, Cass Ingram is the author of over 30 books, including The Cure is in the Cupboard, Natural Cures for High Blood Pressure, and Natural Cures for Killer Germs. Ann Louise and Dr. Ingram jump right into it discussing the fascinating history of black seed oil which has made a comeback in modern times. Who knew that the ancient Assyrians prescribed black seeds and its oil for aiding digestion or that that wife of the Egyptian Pharaohs used it as a beauty secret for wrinkle-free skin? Originating from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a plant native to southwest Asia, black seed oil supports a healthy digestive system, immune system, cardiac processes and sleep. It also supports the overall health of the kidneys, the hormone system, and the skin due to vitamin E, sterols, sterolins, and vital omega-3s, -6s, and -9s. Ann Louise and Dr. Ingram also talk about his book “The Lyme Disease Cure” - destroying Lyme with natural cures without any side effects - the most potent of which is oil of wild oregano. This is a jam-packed podcast filled with a plethora of information you need to hear and don’t’ want to miss!
I am using Black Seed Oil for hyperpigmentation, and I have been addressing my condition for sometime. Black seed oil is breaking up the dark spots on my face little by little, and it has been only 3 days. My skin looks awful, but until it is all gone I have to wear makeup to cover it up. it is a very strong powerful agent, and I agree there is nothing it cannot address, except death.
I just bought some back seed oil to address the redness on my forehead after popping a deep whitehead at home. It’s been 10 days and the area seems to be healing slowly but there is still significant redness. Will black seed oil help? If so, should I use it full strength on the red area?
Other people have said it helped reduce redness. Yes, they have used it at full strength.
