    I take Valarien to sleep, but you mention it’s not good for the liver, I have hypothyroid and adrenal issues so lots of issues with sleep what do you suggest?

    Josie, Ann Louise recommends taking magnesium at bedtime to help with sleep. She has formulated Mag-Key to have amino acid chelated magnesium which is very well absorbed. Some people have said they take 2-3 capsules of 100 mg each for this purpose.
