    Thank you for all info given here. I have a question. Would 10mg of lithium orotate daily be unsafe for a woman in her 40s with a history of (now cured) hypothyroidism treated with iodine and other supplements?
    I would really appreciate your reply!

    Ka-Stela, Although we can’t give medical advice, that amount would generally be considered safe for her. We also suggest that she check with her health care practitioner.
