Before the day gets rolling, I wanted to say how grateful I am for you.
Thanksgiving has always meant more to me than the food or the traditions. It gives us one moment to stop and take in what really matters. This morning, I’ve been reflecting on this community and how far we’ve come together.
Over the years, I’ve delved into topics long before they were mainstream — menopause, detox, parasites, EMFs, metabolic healing — and you’ve been willing to explore those ideas right alongside me. You’ve brought your own questions, breakthroughs, and challenges to the table, and that exchange is what keeps this work meaningful for me.
Looking Ahead With Hope
This past year, I’ve been quietly putting together something I’m truly excited to share in the new year — a Fat Flush Reboot that goes far beyond weight loss and really leans into healing. I shaped it for the world we’re living in right now, not the world of a decade ago. Why? Because we’re dealing with more stress, more hormone disruptors, more metabolic slowdowns, and — for so many — the lingering fatigue and odd symptoms that can hang on long after COVID or long-COVID.
But today isn’t about programs or plans. Today is about slowing down enough to appreciate what’s right in front of us.
A Few Gentle Holiday Reminders
If you need a little support as the day unfolds, here are a few simple things that help me stay grounded:
- Have some cran-water between the heavier dishes
- Put something fresh and green on your plate
- Enjoy the flavors and the people
- Let the idea of “perfect” go — it’s not needed today
- Give yourself grace — today is about connection, not perfection
From My Table to Yours
Today is one small pause in a busy world. Enjoy it however you can. We’ll step into the season ahead together — stronger, clearer, and more intentional.
Happy Thanksgiving,
Ann Louise
