This opens up so many opportunities for interesting smoothies. If you haven’t thought of using roasted squash before, then you’re going to fall in love with this recipe! A great way to use up leftover squash!
Ingredients
1 cup Spaghetti squash, roasted (OR ½ cup Acorn or Butternut squash, roasted, cooled and cubed)
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp Flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein
1 cup Ice
8 oz Water
Instructions
Blend everything together and enjoy!
