Three soup-er delicious ways to slim, strengthen, and nourish yourself, one comforting bowl at a time.
There’s a reason my Fat Flush Soup has stayed in so many kitchens for so long. It’s a generous, flavorful bowl you can look forward to eating, even when you’re trying to slim down. And now I’ve given you three new ways to enjoy it.
Fat Flush soup first caught fire after it appeared in the October 3, 2011 edition of Woman’s World. Readers made it for their families, swapped notes about their favorite ingredients, and wrote to tell me how much they loved having a simple way to begin The New Fat Flush Plan or the seasonal approach in Fat Flush for Life.
Years later, people are still making it and it remains one of the top searched items on my website.
Now it’s back with three new and improved recipes. There’s a version for longtime original FF soup lovers, a keto-friendly choice, and a vegetarian option. Each brings the comfort of the original to the table, with some exciting new additions to make it even healthier than ever!

Why Did I Build A Diet Around Soup?
Think of the last “diet meal” that left you looking around the kitchen an hour later. That was never what I wanted for Fat Flush Soup. I wanted plenty of vegetables, satisfying protein, warming spices, and enough flavor that you’d look forward to lunch.
There’s research behind the appeal of soup, too. In one Penn State study, people who ate a low-calorie soup before lunch consumed 20% fewer calories at that meal, including the soup, than when they skipped it. A separate Penn State trial found that people assigned two servings of low-calorie soup a day lost more weight over a year than those assigned snacks with the same calories.
My Fat Flush Soup Diet makes the planning easy: soup at breakfast and dinner, a high-protein, low-carb lunch, light snacks, and plenty to drink throughout the day.
Meet the Three New Fat Flush Soups
Classic Fat Flush Soup is for everyone who has asked me to bring back the bowl they remember. If this is your first time trying the program, I’d begin here. It’s hearty, colorful, and made to serve as a meal.
Keto-Friendly, Immune Boosting Fat Flush Soup gives you another option when you prefer to keep carbs lower. It has the same warm, substantial feel that made the original such a favorite.
Vegetarian Supreme Fat Flush Soup is for readers who want a meat-free bowl. I’ve heard from vegetarians asking for their own place at the Fat Flush Soup table for years, and I’m delighted there’s now a recipe made for them.

What’s new in the bowl?
I’ve added UNI KEY Collagen 4+ to the updated recipes. It blends into hot soup without changing the flavor and provides collagen peptides along with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, L-tryptophan, and AstraGin®. I chose it as an easy way to add collagen support for skin and joints to a meal you’re already enjoying.
NOTE: For strict vegetarians, the Collage 4+ is optional, as it is an animal-derived collagen.
>> Here’s my kitchen tip: stir your Collagen 4+ into your serving AFTER you take the soup off the heat. There’s no need to cook it into the whole pot.
