Why this hidden threat is getting more urgent everyday, and can no longer be ignored!
As I said on Coast to Coast AM several weeks ago, I truly believe that 90 is the new 60, and 70 is the new 40! Yet many of us are still dying far too prematurely, because we are accumulating toxins faster than our bodies can eliminate them. This leaves us more vulnerable to the diseases of aging and autoimmunity. So, it’s imperative to lessen the toxic load we are bombarded with daily in today’s world.
One of the most underrated toxins of our time is the digital toxin coming from cell phones, cordless phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters, iPads, smart thermostats and more: electromagnetic fields, or EMFs. This insidious form of nonionizing radiation can cause fatigue, sleep problems, migraines, back pain, depression, cognitive issues, heart problems, digestive disturbances, cataracts, chronic inflammation – even brain tumors and cancer.
And the truth is that our exposure to EMFs has increased to an astronomical amount – one quintillion times over the past 100 years! (A quintillion is what you get when you multiply a million by a million 5 times.)
Now there’s an even more dangerous source of digital toxin that is being “sold” to the public as the best thing to come out since sliced bread. And that is the introduction of 5G, which is making the radiation exposure even worse. For example, 4G uses a maximum of 5GHz frequency. 5G uses between 24-90GHz frequency. So you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand that these higher frequencies are dramatically more potent and more dangerous in a variety of ways.
Alarm Bells Ringing
Medical experts around the world are sounding the alarm now, but the advent of 5G for the sake of even faster internet capability is happening despite the health concerns not being addressed by the majority of governmental agencies.
One insightful example is that The American Academy of Pediatrics has repeatedly called for federal action to protect children from EMF exposure. They cite research showing that just living near mobile phone base stations is associated with an increased risk for sleep disturbances, dizziness, headaches, depression, and memory problems. The International Association of Firefighters has officially opposed cell towers at fire stations since 2004, when research demonstrated the serious neurological damage including memory problems, intermittent confusion, and feelings of weakness that firefighters suffered from the EMFs they radiate.
In fact, hundreds of scientists and doctors from 40 different countries have studied the adverse biological and health effects from the involuntary exposure to 5G EMF and microwave radiation. They’ve reached out to the FCC, European Union, and even the United Nations, requesting further research into the health risks and environmental impact of 5G as it is being rolled out, only to be virtually ignored by the powers that be.
One of the most alarming effects of EMFs is calcium dysregulation. No fewer than 23 studies have shown that voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) play an enormous role in EMF effects. When calcium ions pour into one or more of your one hundred billion brain cells, which use calcium in small doses to make neurotransmitters, they may release those chemical messengers too soon, too often, or at the wrong time, creating false messages that tell you that you’re in pain or bring on neurological symptoms, such as headaches, an altered sense of taste or smell, tingling, numbness, or mental fog.
There’s no doubt that taking on digital toxins can be an overwhelming and daunting task, but there are many ways you can mitigate their debilitating effects. For instance, keep your cell phone on airplane mode or off when it’s not in use and for goodness sake, keep it away from your head as much as possible by using the speakerphone option or an air tube headset. Limit use to areas with excellent reception when possible and use as briefly as possible.
Block Calcium Dysregulation with Magnesium
For an effective natural solution to offset the effect of calcium dysregulation that is impacted by EMF exposure, support your body’s natural calcium channel blockers by increasing your magnesium intake. I recommend 5 mg of magnesium per pound of body weight.
