Lose Actual Fat With Lecithin

I keep hearing that many diets cause you to lose water weight and muscle mass—I want to lose actual fat. What do you suggest?

An easy way to prime the body to burn fat more efficiently is to include lecithin in your diet. This active ingredient used in the Fat Flush Weight Loss Formula, stimulates the production of bile–a fluid that breaks down fatty deposits in the liver so they can be easily eliminated from the body. You can also stir in 2 Tbs. of non-GMO lecithin granules to your morning smoothie or glass of juice daily.  When the liver is clear of excess fat, it’s able to metabolize fat stores in problem spots like the belly, hips and thighs.   1. How does sunflower lecithin help the thyroid? I saw you on know the cause with Doug Kaufman some months ago, but I don’t remember how this worked for the thyroid.

  2. Team ALG here.Lecithin is an ingredient in bile that has detergent like qualities. Taking sunflower lecithin daily assures you will have free-flowing bile. This will help decongest the liver. You want healthy bile flow because the release of bile triggers the release of an enzyme that converts T4 to T3. This is the process that allows metabolism to take place in the body.

    1. A few years back I was taking 1 Tbsp Sunflower lecithin daily (*not soy) for excruciating gallbladder/bile/stone attacks. It proved to be very effective. Then I stopped and forgot about it. Until I read about its ability to help reverse non alcoholic Fatty Liver, as well as weight loss. So I started it again. The protocol is 1-2 Tbsp daily for the next 4-6 months, and then my liver retested. I add it to my boiling hot tea/coffee/water/soup to dissolve thoroughly (a personal blender to fully emulsifies it). Simply have one in the morning and another in the evening. This highly beneficial liver/gallbladder supplement is incredibly easy to add to your routine.

  3. If not wanting to use soy, is egg lecithin just as effective? are there any side effects of using lecithin?

      Egg lecithin is just as effective. There are no well-documented side effects or adverse reactions when taking lecithin.

  4. I have sunflower lechitin liquid capsules which are 1200mg each, how many would I use in place of 1 Tbs of granules in the metabolizer cocktail?

  5. Melissa, each tablespoon of sunflower lecithin granules is 7500 mg. so you would need 6-7 capsules (6.25 capsules to be exact) to replace the tablespoon.

  6. Been using the sunflower lecithin over a week now as directed. Stools are very large and hard. Would that be the result of cleaning out the liver? What other side effects would I look for after using this?how long should I continue using it? I feel ok. Also, have been. Thyroid medication of over twenty yr.,hypothyroidism. Almost 77 yr. old in good health.
