Recipe for Longevity Elixir:
- 1 1/2 scoops Fat Flush Whey Protein
- 1 scoop Daily Greens Formula (helps to chelate heavy metals)
- 1 tablespoon Omega Nutrition High Lignan Flax Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Sulfer-Rich
- Black Salt from Neutradyne (an amazing detoxifier)
- 1 tablespoon Food Grade Diatamaceous Earth (parasite cleanser and high source of silica; can chelate aluminum)
- 1 tablespoon Non-GMO Soy Lecithin (good for the nervous system; protects the myelin sheath)
- 1 teaspoon Baxyl (good for joints, skin)
- 1/2 teaspoon Liposomal Glutathione
- 16 oz of filtered water
Mix in blender until desired consistency is achieved.
