Many of my clients deal with the same frustrating issue—they’ve tried to speed up their metabolism by exercising two or three times a week, and though they feel great, the scale hasn’t budged.   1. I’ve notice every time I try CLA I get increased “moles” or brown spots on my body that fade as soon as I quit taking it. Am I doing something wrong?

    Would it be safe for someone who needs to lose close to 100 pounds to keep up the double dose for longer than the two weeks?

  4. Fat Flush helped me 10 yrs ago. Now much older, 75, lost 8 lbs and that’s it. Totally stuck.
    No weight loss for months. Gave up until I spoke with your rep. yesterday while ordering Whey Protein. Her success was encouraging but then again I am over 10 yrs. older. I do work out at local Y…but I just started. Getting desperate to lose another 20 lbs. I am 5’2″ , small frame and currently weight 144 lbs.

    Also have brown spots. Read that a liver detox is needed. How?

  7. I’m a fan of CLA a for losing weight but the last few times I’ve used it I will begin to spot between my cycles. Not sure why but it has deterred me from using it again. Any suggestions?

  8. We suggest that CLA be utilized along with Omega 3s from fish, flax, or chia seeds to assure an optimum Omega 3/6 balance which could possibly impact menstrual cycles. Most of Dr. ALG’s followers use both!

  9. Deborah: Dr. Ann Louise did say for “at least” two weeks. CLA is so deficient in our food supply that I’m sure doubling the dose would not be over doing it.
