My Underarm Castor Oil Trick If Your Lymphatic Drainage Pathways Aren’t Flowing

My Underarm Castor Oil Trick If Your Lymphatic Drainage Pathways Aren’t Flowing

If you’re looking for an extra way to support lymphatic drainage, here’s one of my favorite daily rituals. One thing I’ve learned over the years is that you can eat all the right foods and take all the right supplements, but if your drainage pathways aren’t working properly, you’re fighting an uphill battle.

That’s because your lymphatic system is responsible for carrying away excess fluid and cellular waste while helping support healthy immune function. Unfortunately, many people don’t think about their lymphatics until they’re feeling puffy, sluggish, or retaining fluid.

For decades, I’ve considered lymphatic support an important part of any detoxification program—and especially important for anyone concerned about long-term health and wellness. That’s why I like to give this often-overlooked system a little extra attention.

Each day, I apply a roll-on castor oil blend directly to my underarms. Why? Because some of the body’s largest lymph nodes are located there. Since the lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump like the heart, it relies on movement, hydration, and other supportive measures to help keep fluids moving.

I also make sure I’m sipping my daily cran-water throughout the day. Cran-water has long been a cornerstone of the Fat Flush Plan because it supports healthy fluid balance and encourages the body to release excess water retention.

The combination of Phase 1 Fat Flush, cran-water (recipe HERE), and underarm castor oil application can be a simple yet effective way to support healthy lymphatic flow—especially if you’re feeling puffy, sluggish, or retaining fluid.

  1. Will this help make one sweat?
If not can you share how if you only get clammy how can you make the body actually sweat?

    1. Stacey, the castor oil roll-on is designed to support healthy lymphatic flow—not to increase sweating. If you rarely perspire, regular movement, rebounding, a brisk walk, or a sauna (if appropriate for you) may help encourage a healthy sweat response. Also be sure you’re well hydrated and maintaining a healthy mineral balance with plenty of fluids and electrolytes. Check out the article below about saunas – Team ALG

  2. When I go to fullscript it makes me create an account in order to see Anne’s recommendations Could you please just tell me what brand of the castor oil roll-on that she likes?

    1. K, sorry you’re having trouble setting up an account. Palma Christos Organic Roll-on is a good brand, as is Castor Oil Roll-On by Heritage Store. Hope this helps! – Team ALG
