Sweet n’ Savory Cran-Potatoes
– Serves 4
• 5 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, chopped
• 2 cups unsweetened fresh cranberries
• 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil, melted
• ¾ tablespoon organic maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons Ceylon cinnamon
• A dash of Selina’s Celtic Sea Salt
• Flora-Key
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with the exception of the cinnamon, salt and Flora-Key. Once thoroughly mixed, add cinnamon and salt, and stir until evenly combined. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet, evenly spread mixture, and heat at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick can easily be poked through the sweet potatoes. Remove and sprinkle with Flora-Key before serving.

Do you drink unpasteurized cranberry juice? I have been unable to find it. You mentioned a brand in your book but it also is pasteurized. Is the juice affected by the pasteurization process? I stopped drinking it because of this I enjoyed drinking the cranwater but concerned that it lost its health benefit during the pasteurization process. Please let me know.

You can use cran water for total water intake as per the plan!!
Ann Louise, I am so blessed to have read your comments about cranberry. You see, my husband has P. Aeruginosa. They say he’s a colonizer and will never be rid of it. We are going to give cranberry lots of room to do its best. Also, I think you mentioned on the summit that cranberry Essential Oil would be good. Is out of the country the only place one can order that type of EO?

thank you, Ann Louise. Does it matter if it is “first pressed” or “cold Pressed”? There was a $2 difference. I want the best for him as this bacteria raises havoc with our social life, even to the point of not having our grandchildren around because of susceptibility. I am also caregiver to 92 year old aunt who lives with us, so want to protect her as well. We’re all going on the cranberry plan. I made your acquaintance back in early 90’s as I fought 2 different cancers, and knew since then you are the Lord’s hand and heart extended. I know He blesses you, dear one. Thank you again.
This time of the year we can purchase fresh cranberries and in one of my local stores I can purchase frozen cranberries all year. I made cranberry juice and froze the juice in ice cube trays. When I want the cran-water I drop a cranberry cube in a glass or bottle and fill with water. The juice won’t go bad sitting the fridge and I can always have cran-water available.

I have been told that cranberry capsules have more cranberry content than the juice, is that true?
While cranberry extract capsules do have the helpful antioxidants, the juice has detoxifying enzymes which are not found in the extract.

We’re talking about the cranberry juice that is unpasteurized.
I am allergic to cranberries, what else do you suggest for me.
I’m on my 3rd day of the Fat Flush Tune up.
I drank hot water and lemon at the beginning of the day and good water the rest of the day.
You can also drink water with apple cider vinegar. Add 1/2 tsp per glass.
