Soft Tissue Manipulation- The Missing Link to Neuromuscular Healing – Episode 107: Warren Hammer

Ann Louise Gittleman Interviews Warren Hammer

Warren Hammer has authored over 300 articles on soft tissue treatment. He is truly a master of treating the fascial system – which in turn controls how the muscles work. Since 1985, Dr. Hammer has lectured nationally and internationally on the importance of soft tissue treatment and teaches on becoming a certified Fascial Manipulation®–Stecco® method (FM) instructor. He maintains that the total treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems must include an organized method of evaluating and treating the fascial system.  Join Ann Louise and Warren as they discuss the healing efficacy of hands-on soft tissue treatment including: the importance of fascia and its relationship to pain, the theory of Fascial Manipulation (FM), how FM differs from deep massage, treating trigger points & acupuncture, and how FM can be used for functional disorders – including reflux, digestive and breathing issues. Ann Louise is thrilled to be sharing this enlightening interview with all of you! For more information check out: www.hammer-hands.com.
