    Very interesting. I didn’t know you had so many different plans. I’m going to try your latest one which looks like it is the Radical Metabolism. I’ve had trouble losing weight in the past.

    I am so tired and rather have energy to do a deepdivesinto a detailed plan like Radical Metabolim. Is there a “Radical Metabolism for Dummies and the penny puncher who does not alot of remaining money each month. I really need the help – I am newly turned 48!

      Andrea, You can just try to follow the 21 day Reboot menu plan. You can make substitutions from the food lists in the book for various items, based on your taste preferences and budget.
