    Lucky girl! I have tried it all – fat flush, CLA, GLA, Bootcamp 3 times a week , Yoga, Mineral Analysis, Saliva tests, rebalancing adrenals and thyroid for 3 months, the works. But still no success. No pounds and no inches lost since April 2010. (Was and still am 5’7″ and 160 pounds) Sure would like to know “the secret” in how to lose those pounds. Nothing working for me to date. Very frustrating.

    It works for me. I started the program three years ago and lost 10 lbs in my first two weeks of Phase I and a total of 25 lbs over three months. By sticking with the Phase III program I’ve been able to keep it off since then. My morning ritual of a Long Life Cocktail, hot lemon water and fruit smoothie ensure that I’m off to a good start every day.     I’m a BIG fan of ALG and Fat Flush, but this testimonial of starting at size 12 and shrinking as lead paragraph skews right into the myth of perfect body and exercise. Skinny actors and models and eating disorders come to mind. Disappointing.

    I believe ALG is referring to my post on the Forum. I wanted to address Ava Nell directly, please don’t believe that I am a skinny actor or model. I battled an eating disorder as a young teen, I definitely don’t have one now. I’m a size 2 because I’m simply not a very big person, please don’t jump to conclusions or believe that the results aren’t real or are misleading.

    It was really just simply hard work and dedication to the Fat Flush Plan. There was no magic formula, I wish there was. I gained the knowledge and understanding that the “whole” has to work and be right to get here. I’m continuing to work everyday on being healthy, I couldn’t have done it without ALG’s Fat Flush Plan. Please accept that the Blog is exactly what it is. I’m don’t believe I will ever be finished with my path to better health, it is a daily challenge, I’m still not where I want to be. This has taken me over 18 months to achieve, and I’m believing it will be another 6-12 months to get there. I was a mess medically and had given up. My results are real, not some type of hype to sell a product.

    I much prefer the whey protein over the body protein. Is there something special about the body protein? Or can I do the smoothy shakedown with the whey protein?

    Susan- What makes the Body Protein ideally suited for the Smoothie Shakedown is it’s ability to ward off hunger for an extended amount of time. A shake made with the Body Protein will keep you full for a good three to four hours.
