Speed Clean Your Liver For Fall

Oct 14, 2020

What if you could find a kinder, gentler liver cleanse for faster weight loss results?

Well, you can with my exciting 3-Day Jump Start that’s featured as the cover story in this week’s Woman’s World magazine. In this issue, I share all the details of the 3-day liver detox included in my New Fat Flush Plan book. You’ll also meet an extraordinary Fat Flusher who lost a dress size over a weekend!

As many of you know, it’s so important to take care of your liver. Your liver is your key to life, even possessing the unique ability to regenerate itself with the right diet and detox plan.

The liver, in its infinite wisdom, also produces bile, a crucial substance for the detox process. One of bile’s main duties is to help our bodies break down the fats we need as well as to assimilate fat-soluble vitamins. Without bile, we couldn’t convert beta-carotene into vitamin A, nor could we make use of calcium. Bile lubricates our intestines and works with fiber to prevent constipation. Bile is also where the liver dumps all the toxins as described above so they can eventually be eliminated from the body.
Meanwhile, if your liver isn’t getting the nourishment it needs, it will have trouble producing bile in the first place. In that case, you’ll have difficulty digesting and assimilating food as well as metabolizing fat. You can, however, build healthy bile flow and support your liver with the key nutrients found in Uni Key’s Liver-Lovin Formula and Bile Builder and by eating plenty of liver loving bitter foods (think watercress, cilantro, and arugula).

Improving your bile level will also help with weight loss, as you improve your fat metabolism, cleanse your system of excess waste, get maximum benefit from the foods you eat, and feel fuller and more satisfied much earlier. Its also important to include a daily fiber-rich supplement like Super-GI Cleanse to trap the toxins and escort them safely out of your system.

Take Weight Loss Formula to maximize the Fat Flushing process and reset the liver’s cleansing power after a season of inactivity and overeating. It will also help keep blood sugar in check and kick cravings and the tendency to overeat to the curb. Your slimming process will be smooth sailing!

I read the article but a little confused. It says drink each of the smoothies 2x day, there were recipies for 2 smoothies and another pumpkin smoothie on the side bar. So is it 6 smoothies a day? Each one 2x day?

Hanna, You drink the Metabolizer Cocktail 3 times per day and one smoothie 3 times a day. That makes up the 6 drinks per day.

Nancy, The sunflower lecithin powder could be at both Walmart and the grocery store, in the health food sections. You can always order it on line too.

I have sunflower lecithin in liquid Form. 1 tsp equals 5 mls (5.025g) Can I replace this with the powder? And if so How much do I take to replace?

      • Team ALG

Anne, 2 teaspoons liquid lecithin equals 1 tablespoon powered lecithin, which is the amount mentioned in the 3-day plan smoothie recipe.
