Whether you are a Fat Flusher for life, or your diet is vegan, vegetarian, raw, Keto, Paleo, low carb or you like juicing, you want to lose weight fast, or you’re just super busy and  need healthy options that are easy to grab on the go, smoothies fill the bill.

Based on the latest buzz, green smoothies have become well known as one of the easiest and healthiest “on-the-go” meals that also happen to deliver super speedy results when it comes to weight loss and overall health.

We’ve seen the smoothie craze continue to grow, day over day, ever since we launched the Fat Flush Smoothie Shakedown  way back in 2010! To date, it continues to be one of our most popular and most successful weight loss solutions.

This is encouraging news for those who still need to lose 5, 20, 50 or even 100 pounds!

Lose Weight Fast

Reset and revive with the Smoothie Shakedown

The Smoothie Shakedown–which also features some delicious green smoothie options–will help people to flush  toxins for a flatter belly and trimmed down body.

The healthy side-effects include stronger immunity, better digestion, increased energy, and improved blood sugar regulation.

Plus, Smoothie Shakedown is proven to help people lose weight fast because  it represses hunger for a good three to four hours, particularly when combined with the Fat Flush Body Protein powder as part of the smoothie mix. The protein is not only GMO and heavy metal free (third party tested), but provides the research-backed plant-based combo of rice and yellow peas, sweetened with low glycemic stevia and inulin, which is a potent prebiotic to feed the beneficial gut bacteria in the GI tract.

The Research is Compelling…

  • Low carb dieters lost 50% more weight when they got most of their protein from plants, compared to those who ate more meat. (New England Journal of Medicine, 2009)
  • Women who ate mostly plant-based protein weighed on average 15 percent less than those who ate primarily meat (Nutrition Reviews, 2008)
  • People who ate more plant-based protein consumed 40% less calories (University of California-Davis).

 Bring on the Greens!

Green smoothies especially combine the best of detoxifying green foods with high protein. Cleansing greens like watercress, kale, Romaine lettuce, and arugula are packed with phytonutrients and beta-carotene, Vitamin K, folate, and chlorophyll that help support liver function and enhance the body’s ability to access stored body fat to be burned for energy.

Smoothie Shakedown, nourishes with two smoothies, one filling meal, snacks, veggies, supplements, and cleansing liquids that purge the damaging fats and toxin-laden fluids from the system.

Shakedown participants aren’t tempted to cheat or overeat because they simply don’t feel hungry,  thanks to the clean protein and essential fat–macronutrients that are part of the Smoothie Shakedown proprietary design. This program is scientifically designed to stabilize blood sugar and feed the neurotransmitters with quality, pure, clean, life-giving ingredients.

Maybe you’re on the fence about trying Smoothie Shakedown for yourself,  if so, you may appreciate these amazing success stories. And, here are a couple of my favorite smoothie recipes – perfect for life on the go!

Is it okay to use essential oils (I.e.lime ) if I don’t have any fresh limes in the house? I use Young Living essential oils, which are very high grade oils as far as I understand.

Team ALG here: Yes you can use the essential oil of lime but you won’t get all of the enzymes and other vitamins and minerals that are in fresh limes.

The Body Protein is delicious and has a good texture when blended on the smoothies. It is a combination of rice and pea protein so it has all of the essential amino acids and gives you 20 gm. of protein in every scoop. Hemp is not a complete protein and would be complimented by adding Fat Flush Whey.

Re: FRUITS – Some of the suggested Shakedown Smoothie receipes requires two fruits. From what I understand you can only have two servings of fruit a day. So assuming if I use a smoothie receipe that include two fruits in my first smoothie, I can’t use fruit in my second smoothie…correct. Do you have any tasty smoothie suggestions for no fruit?

Re: VEGGIES – some of the suggested main dishes have more than five veggies but veggies are used for snacks and could exceed the five servings.

Re: CLA – can I incorporate CLA with my FatFlush supplements?

    Can you clarify?

Team ALG here: When you use two different fruits in a smoothie, you would use 1/2 the usual amount of each. So if it calls for a cup of berries you would use 1/2 c. Usually a specific recipe will spell this out. Five servings of veggies is just the recommended minimum. The veggies on that list are unlimited! Yes you can take CLA-1000 with the Fat Flush Kit. You want to take 1 CLA-1000 3 times per day with a meal.

Can Knutsen’s pomegranate juice be used instead of cranberry juice

    Reply
    • Ann Louise Gittleman

Team ALG here: Pomegranate juice is not a good substitute for cranberry. It is higher in fructose and does not have the same cleansing organic acids that help with weight loss. If you do not wish to drink cranberry you can substitute apple cider vinegar in water, using 2 tablespoons per quart of filtered water.

Do I need the soy/sunflower lecithin in my fat flush smoothies? Or can I omit that?

    • Team ALG

Lori, you can have your smoothies without the lecithin if you wish but adding it will increase the weight loss benefits.

Hello. What ingredients are giving you a prop 65 warning on the smoothie shakedown bundle?

The rice and pea protein in the Body Protein. Since these are grown in the soil, it is always possible that low levels of metals can be absorbed. The testing we do is to make sure it is below the amounts that are allowed.
