How Can I Ditch Cellulite From Dairy?

My older sister swears she shed her cellulite when she gave up dairy. Does this really work?

Yes! Dairy products are a major cellulite culprit. That’s because they contains casein, a hard-to-digest protein molecule that gets stuck in lymph node ducts and creates a backup of the lymphatic fluids that carry waste out of the body. As a result, toxin-laden fluid builds up in adipose tissue and weaken the connective tissue, which is tasked with keeping fat cells from bulging against the skin.
